Resolvi ressuscitar o bloguinho da Fada rsrsrs...
Muitas coisas aconteceram nesses anos fora deste cantinho, posto muito no Facebook e um pouco no Instagram,
Bom, espero aparecer mais vezes por aqui pra gente bater um papo legal 😉
Hoje trago este Bauru maravilhoso, a massa é coringa, vcs podem fazer o que quiser com ela, eu uso a mesma receita para fazer um pão básico para o café, faço também na versão integral, uso metade de farinha branca e metade integral, enfim...

Muito, muuuuito macio e delicioso, receita da coisasdenany no Instagram 😉
Bauru
1 xÃcara chá de leite morno (ou água)
60 ml de óleo
1 ovo
3 colheres sopa de açúcar
1/2 colher sopa de sal
5g de fermento biológico seco (ou 15g do fresco)
450g à 500g de farinha de trigo
Misturar e sovar muito bem, deixar a massa descansar até dobrar de volume.
Moldar e rechear à seu ggosto (usei presunto e mussarela), pincelar gema e salpicar orégano ou gergelim.

Bauru

Deixar descansar novamente até dobrar de volume e assar em forno médio 180° por uns 40mts.
